Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer NPI to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical aspects of our products are properly documented and secured through our Product Generation Process (PGP). You will work closely with internal and external development teams to provide DfX input and collaborate on development projects.

  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve product quality and reduce production costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical aspects are properly documented and secured.
  • Lead review meetings with customers and suppliers to resolve technical issues and achieve release milestones.
  • Provide technical support to production preparation and assembly during prototype and pilot production phases.
Requirements
  • Technical Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in industrial manufacturing and engineering projects.
  • Strong customer-oriented and communication skills (in Dutch and English).
  • Knowledge of production system development and process control in production environments.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and driven to tackle challenges.
  • Proactive with a decisive attitude.
