Bij Solar Nederland ben je als Customer Service Manager verantwoordelijk voor het handhaven van uitmuntende servicekwaliteit en het opbouwen van sterke relaties gebaseerd op vertrouwen. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren van onze strategieën, maar ook voor het begrijpen en aanvoelen van de behoeften van onze klanten.

Je rol

Als Customer Service Manager ben je een waardevol lid van ons Customer Service team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opleiden en coachen van jouw team, waarbij je hen inspireert om uit te blinken in hun werk. Je identificeert knelpunten en implementeert effectieve oplossingen, terwijl je tegelijkertijd zorgt voor een omgeving waarin veiligheid en naleving centraal staan.

Wat wij vragen

We vragen een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, werkervaring in een leidinggevende, commerciële functie met klantcontact en kennis van en vaardigheden in Lean-tools en het Office-pakket, vooral Excel.
