Transformation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Expert to lead and implement change initiatives across our organization. As a key member of our team, you will focus on the people side of change, enabling successful and sustainable transformation by minimizing disruption and maximizing benefits for all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include creating and executing change management strategies and plans, as well as facilitating, coaching, and guiding stakeholders and teams through successful change journeys.

• Assess change impact and change readiness with product- and line managers / functional leads and project managers
• Design and agree the change strategy and plan with project leadership
• Define, drive, and monitor change deliverables, including change impact analyses and action plans, training Key-users & End users, change communication & Readiness monitoring: Employees, Key-users and Managers
• Coordinate and execute communication activities and reviews and deliver the required communication materials
• Identify people, risks, and issues that may impact success of the project, escalating and working with the appropriate people to resolve
• Regular and timely reporting of change status to project steering committee
• Identify change management training needs and coach and train project teams and management
• Coach or consult leaders and project teams for smaller initiatives
• Ensure re-use of best practices and approaches, contributing to building and maintaining the change management community

• Bachelor or Master level
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Change Management roles
• Knowledge of / experience in the most common Change Management theories & practices (preferably licensed PROSCI practitioner or trainer)
• Knowledge of / experience with Lean and Agile principles
• Experience in working on complex business transformation/process improvement/IT systems projects in a technical industrial environment (preferably heavy manufacturing, shipbuilding)
• Experience in an international organization working within different cultures
• Fluent in English
