About the Role

We are seeking a UX Designer to join our team in Nootdorp, focusing on desktop and web solutions for Fugro's geo-data digitalisation workflow interfaces across Marine and Land applications. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing wireframes, prototypes, and responsive interfaces for our product roadmap.

Your responsibilities will include:

• 
  
• Designing and implementing user-centered solutions that meet business objectives;
  
• Collaborating with developers to integrate front-end code with back-end systems;
  
• Conducting usability tests and gathering user feedback;
  
• Contributing to our centralised design system and style guide;
  
• Partnering with product managers and engineers to understand opportunities and gaps within our workflow products.
  

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 
  
• A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design experience and skills;
  
• 7+ years of experience in UX design, with experience in both graphic and interaction design;
  
• Experience working on web applications and desktop applications;
  
• Proficiency in using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite;
  
• The ability to refine and deliver storytelling around user needs;
  
• A willingness to challenge internal assumptions and biases.
