BIM Engineer Job Description

We are looking for a skilled BIM Engineer to join our team at Yacht, where you will be seconded for a year with the possibility of a permanent position at Siemens afterwards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate 3D parametric model deliverables for electrical equipment and modular structures using Revit families.
  • Support busbar trunking system engineers with BIM technical and documentation activities.
  • Integrate project input data into the BIM model, ensuring accuracy, user-friendliness, and performance.
  • Assist busbar engineers with BIM modeling tasks and creation of necessary documentation during key project phases.

Requirements:

  • Completed a technical HBO or MBO+ education or equivalent.
  • Skills or experience with 3D modeling and real-time rendering software.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Possibly knowledge of the Dutch language.
  • Capable of working independently and in a team.
