Position Overview:
In this role, you will be an integral part of the logistics process, handling everything from receiving and storing products to picking and packing orders for our clients.
- Receive and organize all incoming inventory
- Accurately pick products from our warehouse
- Efficiently pack customer orders
You will work in a state-of-the-art, fully automated warehouse equipped with modern scanning technology. The environment is clean and organized, minimizing heavy lifting and ensuring that all necessary items are within easy reach.
Shift Schedule:
- Early shift: 6 AM - 2 PM
- Late shift: 2 PM - 10 PM
- Occasional Saturday shifts, compensated with a weekday off
- 30-minute lunch break

Redcare Pharmacy serves millions of customers across multiple EU countries. As a vital member of the Redcare logistics team, you will play a key role in managing essential healthcare products. The logistics team is crucial to ensuring timely and quality deliveries to customers. With a workforce of 1,100 employees, teamwork is essential to meet high standards of service.
Requirements:
- EU citizenship or valid Dutch work permit
- Proficiency in German, English, or Dutch
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours daily
- Strong team player mentality
- Initial requirement for a certificate of good conduct (VOG)
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory; motivation and reliability are key
What We Offer:
This position is through Recruitment & Selection for a permanent role with direct employment. Additional benefits include:
- Initial one-year contract with the potential for a permanent position based on performance
- Competitive salary of €2,243.38 gross/month, approximately €2,050 net/month
- 8% holiday pay, 28 vacation days, and a fully employer-funded pension scheme
- Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer (up to €544 net/month)
