Senior Product Manager, Optimization Insights and Performance

Adyen is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the insights and performance management products of our Risk & Revenue optimization suite. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and building data products that deliver actionable performance optimization insights for our merchants.
Key Responsibilities- Define the way Adyen measures success of its Revenue & Risk Optimization products
- Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks for machine learning products, including Risk Analysis and Fraud Detection, Authentication Optimization, Payment Acceptance, and Fraud dispute and management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver actionable data products for merchants to identify and activate revenue and risk optimization opportunities
- Evangelize Adyen's Revenue & Risk Optimization products, their impact, and our culture to colleagues, customers, and partners
- Set a high bar in performance measurement quality and build a strong data-driven culture for our teams
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of launching successful products at scale with quantifiable value to large enterprise customers
- Experience in big data, machine learning, artificial intelligence, experimentation, or data analytics
- Experience in the world of ecommerce, payments, or fintech
- Ability to guide an engineering team with the right questions to answer, turn those answers into business value, and leverage analytics to drive product decisions
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage a project from conception to maturity
- Ability to operate in a global organization, working with teams across different offices and timezones
