About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Team Lead to join our team at WolframChain. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of working foremen and overseeing the daily operations of our logistics department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and coach employees to achieve high levels of performance and productivity;
- Lead daily operations and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and plans;
- Make informed decisions to optimize processes and improve efficiency;
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees;
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in logistics or a related field;
- Full-time availability and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances;
- Proficiency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
