We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our Strategy & Operations team in the Netherlands. This role will involve working with clients in the financial sector, developing and implementing strategy, and leading complex transformations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing strategy for clients in the financial sector
  • Leading complex transformations and projects within the sector
  • Supervising junior colleagues and leading project teams
  • Developing market propositions and vision on strategic challenges of our clients

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of work experience, some of which is in an advisory and/or project-based role, and will have completed an academic education. They will also have demonstrable conceptual and/or strategic work experience, as well as an extensive network within the sector in The Netherlands.

A competitive salary of €120,000 per year is being offered, along with a bonus, fixed expense allowance, and working from home allowance. Additionally, employees can enjoy 30 vacation days, a completely furnished home office, a lease car or mobility budget, a laptop and iPhone, pension accrual without personal contribution, and access to various courses and social activities.
