Job Title: Service Contract Manager

ASML is a leading technology company in the semiconductor industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Service Contract Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Service Contract Manager will be responsible for managing the supply chain that delivers asset management and maintenance outsourced services. This includes optimizing the supply chain, building partnerships with suppliers, and ensuring consistent and aligned services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the supply chain and ensure the necessary capacity and capabilities in the supplier base
  • Monitor supplier performance and coordinate necessary long-term/structural actions, changes, and improvements
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive system for performance management and metrics to monitor supplier performance and contract-compliance
  • Manage supplier reporting process and operational evaluation process for supplier performance
  • Initiate and stimulate structural product and quality development together with suppliers and CRE F&M content experts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Master in sourcing/contract and supplier management or similar
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, dealing with senior and medior management levels, peers, teams, service providers, contractors, and consultants
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Dutch
