Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Bartender and Service Professional at Motel One Rotterdam. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, managing the bar and lounge, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a smooth and efficient service to our guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Collaborate with the department manager to organize the bar service and determine necessary standards and schedules.
  • Advise guests on our lounge products and actively sell them to achieve sales targets.
  • Assist with ordering food, drinks, and spirits for the bar and take inventory at the end of the month.
  • Gain insights into new areas of work by working in our multicultural teams.

Your Profile
