About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Designer to join our Help Me Find team at Bol. As a key member of our product design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions that enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a customer-centric approach to product design
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and products
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Design and develop prototypes to test and validate design concepts
  • Work closely with the product management team to prioritize and deliver design solutions
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in product design, with a focus on customer experience
  • Strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
