Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking Analyst to join our team in Amsterdam. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and advice to clients, as well as supporting our deal teams in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital markets transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze company and market information to prepare presentations for clients and prospects.
  • Prepare transaction documentation and manage due diligence processes.
  • Perform detailed valuation and financial analyses in the context of corporate finance transactions.
  • Assess investor demand and feedback, and perform book building and allocation in the context of ECM transactions.
  • Maintain contact with clients and external advisors during transactions.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience in Investment Banking.
  • A financial, economics, econometrics, business or legal master's degree with above-average grades.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
