Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Assistant to join our team at Kamphorst Personeel. As a Compliance Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our client's compliance with U.S. export regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather detailed customer information and documentation to support export procedures and screenings.
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales and Sales Administration teams, distributors, customers, and end-users to obtain necessary information.
  • Provide comprehensive and high-quality customer reports to the U.S. legal team for export approval.
  • Maintain an overview to ensure smooth and swift approval processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of experience.
  • Familiarity with complex U.S. export regulations.
  • Full proficiency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Mandarin (Chinese) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally.
What We Offer
  • Gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €3,500 based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on age and work experience.
  • Opportunity to work partially from home after a thorough onboarding period.

  • 25 vacation days for a full-time position, plus an additional 0.5 vacation day for each year of service, up to a maximum of 28 days total.
