We are seeking an experienced business acceleration expert to join our team at thexton armstrong international. As a Managing Director / Self-Employed Partner, you will be responsible for launching and leading our business consulting brand in the UK and Germany, recruiting and guiding franchise partners, driving SME growth, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating with local and global peers.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to combine your business expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to create a thriving consultancy supporting SMEs across Northern Germany. You will be building and leading your own business with the backing of an established and successful franchise model. We are therefore looking for a business-savvy individual with an adventurous spirit who understands both the challenges and the rewards of operating as an entrepreneur.

Key Responsibilities- Launch and lead our franchise in your region, acquiring the license for the UK or Germany and giving you exclusive rights to the region.
- Recruit and guide franchise partners, building and mentoring a network of skilled business mentors.
- Drive SME growth, helping them achieve transformational results and contributing to the region's economic development.
- Develop marketing strategies, implementing targeted campaigns to engage SMEs and promote your services.
- Collaborate with local and global peers, sharing insights and best practices with thexton armstrong's local and international network.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A track record as a successful independent business consultant or coach.
- Experience in general management, sales, marketing, finance, business development, or consulting.
- A solid, relevant professional network.
- The ability to secure investment to acquire the franchise license and fund the business launch.
- Strong business acumen, deep understanding of business operations and strategy.
- Entrepreneurial drive, confident and motivated to take risks for significant rewards.
- Leadership, demonstrated ability to lead teams, build networks, and foster partnerships.
- Tenacity and grit, perseverance to overcome challenges and meet ambitious goals.
- Curiosity, a people-oriented mindset, open to new ideas, and eager to collaborate.
