Restaurant Operations Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Educator to join our team at NHL Stenden Hospitality Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching restaurant students to deliver exceptional customer service and adhere to our high standards.

• Guiding and coaching restaurant students to ensure they deliver outstanding customer service and adhere to our high standards.
• Monitoring the level of service to guarantee an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
• Implementing effective training programs to develop and enhance the skills of our students.
• Managing inventory levels, placing orders, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for staff, students, and guests.
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving any issues in a professional and efficient manner.
• Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth and improvement.

• Ability to empower student and staff members to provide excellent customer service.
• Good theoretical and practical knowledge in the educational field.
• Excellent knowledge of and insight into developments in the professional field.
• Skilled at instructing and motivating students.
• Skilled at planning and developing learning activities, methods, working practices, and practical assignments.
• English Cambridge level B2.
• A bachelor's degree or the willingness to obtain one.
• An educational didactic endorsement or the willingness to obtain one.

• A gross salary of € 2,805.93 - € 4,208.14 per month for a full-time job based on scale 7-8 of the compensation and benefits of NHG.
