Your responsibilities at Hyatt Corporation
- Ensure compliance with all established brand standards and implement additional standards as necessary;
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in guest services and housekeeping tasks;
- Inspect all guest accommodations to confirm they meet the hotel's cleanliness standards;
- Guarantee proper care and upkeep of the work environment and equipment;
- Manage all repair and maintenance requests to ensure the effective operation of housekeeping tools;
- Foster positive relationships between staff and guests;
- Ensure all linens are processed according to established priorities and standards;
- Communicate daily operational updates with team members and colleagues;
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
