About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the integration of suppliers with our platform. As a Product Manager - Supply Connectivity, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve the connectivity with new and existing experience suppliers, liaising with business stakeholders to assess connectivity-related opportunities, and defining and prioritizing connectivity projects.

Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to improve the connectivity with new and existing experience suppliers (tours, activities, and attractions)
  • Liaise with business stakeholders (in operations and sales) to assess connectivity-related opportunities and define and prioritize connectivity projects
  • Improve the Tiqets supplier API and support suppliers with their integration
  • Lead a cross-functional team and define its objectives and key results. Work with your team to meet the objectives, remove obstacles from their way, and keep them motivated and engaged
  • Oversee strategic connectivity projects from definition to roll-out
  • Continuously improve our connectivity by monitoring and tackling connectivity issues with your team
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience leading development teams and experience with connectivity or technical integration projects. Familiarity with the travel experiences ecosystem is a plus
  • Solid Product and Project Management skills - solid planning and time management skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to derive insights from various data sources and a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • An affinity for technology and basic understanding of programming and APIs is a plus
  • You write and speak English fluently
