About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Analyst to join our team at Kramp. As a Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and growth within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and deep-dives on user feedback to identify opportunities for feature improvements.
- Support the product owner and development team in defining and prioritizing product features and user stories.
- Assist in creating clear, concise, and detailed user stories with the product team.
- Analyze data and metrics to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the product owner on the development of product roadmaps and release plans.
- Work closely with other product owners, analysts, and reporting to the Manager Product Owners and Analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a technology focus, such as computer science.
- Deep understanding of product domain and users.
- Familiar with user-centric hypothesis-based problem-solving.
- Deep knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau.
- Basic programming skills to test initial hypotheses.
- Experience with Agile teams.
- Curiosity about the data of the business and understanding of customer insights.
