Procurement Manager - HR & Professional Services

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to spearhead our procurement strategies and drive organizational success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various HR-related contracts and utilizing your expertise in stakeholder management to ensure a seamless procurement process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize and prioritize the impact of purchasing activities;
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers;
  • Conduct tenders, negotiations, and select new suppliers for key categories;
  • Manage supplier and contract relationships to ensure compliance and value for money.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' procurement experience in HR & Recruitment services;
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and negotiation;
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale HR contracts and supplier relationships;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel knowledge and solid presentation skills;
  • Ability to structure activities, manage projects, and drive change;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Nevi 2 certification is an advantage.
What We Offer

The gross annual salary is approximately €85,000, which includes holiday allowance, along with outstanding secondary benefits, including a bonus. We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
