As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel rooms. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in hotel rooms
• Address client queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Ensure rooms are fully stocked, clean, and inviting at all times
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to achieve operational goals and objectives
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to work 7 days a week with shift hours from 9am until 04:30pm
• Flexibility to be open to work weekends and holidays, as needed
