Job Overview:

As a Cost Engineer at STC Groep BV, you will play a pivotal role in our operations by analyzing project specifications and drawings to create comprehensive work overviews. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and refining quotations for project costs.
  • Communicating and clarifying quotations with contractors.

  • Evaluating data to establish benchmarks for assembly durations and pricing, and determining key performance indicators.
  • Collaborating with various departments including Sales, Project Management, and Design.
  • Offering commercial insights and proposing alternative solutions.
  • Requesting and analyzing quotes from suppliers.
  • Monitoring subsequent calculations to enhance understanding of actual expenditures.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and standards.
  • Sharing knowledge with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Participating actively in project teams.
