About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team at Independent Recruiters. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with EU regulations and company guidelines.

As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will be responsible for navigating EU and national legislation, ensuring that dairy and plant-based products meet regulatory requirements. This includes validating product specifications, reviewing marketing materials, and providing essential guidance to support the business.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with EU and national legislation in the Netherlands;
  • Validate artworks and specifications for dairy and plant-based products, including translation into the local language;
  • Review and validate marketing materials for regulatory adherence;
  • Provide regulatory advice and guidance to the business, including conducting risk assessments;
  • Contribute to training relevant internal stakeholders on all regulatory matters.

Salary: We offer an attractive salary of 65,000 - 80,000 euros per annum, depending on experience.
