About the Role

Fugro is seeking a skilled UX Designer to join our team in Nootdorp. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our Geo-data Digitalisation product family.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement wireframes, prototypes, and responsive interfaces for our product roadmap;
  • Conduct user research and gather user requirements;
  • Collaborate with developers to integrate front-end code with back-end systems;
  • Conduct usability tests and collect user feedback;
  • Contribute to our centralised design system and style guide;
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to understand opportunities and gaps in our workflow products.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in UX design, with experience in both graphic and interaction design;
  • Experience working on web applications and desktop applications;
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and Adobe CS;
  • Ability to help refine and deliver storytelling around user needs;
  • Willingness to challenge internal assumptions and biases.
