Refinery Operations Manager

Bunge is seeking a highly skilled Refinery Manager to lead our Amsterdam Soy Crush Plant team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our refinery.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily refinery operations to optimize efficiency and production KPIs.
- Lead a team of refinery staff, fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase yield and reduce waste.
- Ensure strict quality control procedures are in place to meet product standards.
- Monitor and optimize refinery processes to maximize efficiency and minimize losses.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement to enhance production performance.
- Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure process safety and product compliance.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English.
- Solid knowledge of process and analytical methodologies.
