**The Role**

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will play a critical role in the initiation, investigation, and resolution of process deviations. Your expertise will be essential in identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Investigate process deviations and identify root causes
• Implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
• Work in a cGMP environment, managing multiple projects concurrently
• Mentor and train others within the group
• Facilitate meetings and resolve conflicts
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
• Summarize and present process metrics
• Revised and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

**Requirements**

• Excellent technical writing and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
