Wat doe je als Functional Consultant bij Gemba?

Onze klanten werken met IBM Maximo, een slimme oplossing voor enterprise asset management en IT service management waar ontzettend veel mee kan. Denk ook aan de combinatie met innovatieve IoT- en mobiele toepassingen (die we trouwens zelf ontwikkelen bij Gemba). Wereldwijd gebruiken meer dan 10.000 bedrijven IBM Maximo. Als Functional Consultant bij Gemba implementeer je deze veelzijdige software bij allerlei organisaties, van de maakindustrie tot de overheid en verder. Een boeiende wereld, je komt overal

Het leuke is dat je implementaties van a tot z begeleidt. Je bent een soort eigen baas en hebt vaak ook de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor een implementatie. En zie je ergens een kans? Dan pak je die meteen op. Natuurlijk ga je niet zomaar je gang. Want binnen een project werk je nauw samen met een team. Ieder heeft z'n verantwoordelijkheid, maar je laat elkaar nooit zwemmen. Met z'n allen kwaliteit leveren, dat is ons doel. Want half werk, daar doen we bij Gemba niet aan. Hoe mooi een systeem ook is, de implementatie van de software en services eromheen maken het een succes. Daar zijn we goed in en trots op

Wat mag je van ons verwachten?

Voor je aan de slag gaat, leer je IBM Maximo eerst door en door kennen. En wil je andere vaardigheden of kennis ontwikkelen? Dat stimuleren we alleen maar, naast 'learning on the job'. We houden ook van de leuke dingen van het leven, daar maken we graag tijd voor vrij. En we weten hoe belangrijk de juiste balans tussen werk en privé is. Waar het op neer komt, is dat we goed voor onze mensen zorgen. We zullen niet zeggen dat we uniek zijn, maar wel zeldzaam. Dat merk je direct als je bij ons binnenstapt. We kijken er niet gek van op als je je voor de lunch al helemaal thuis voelt

Je arbeidsvoorwaarden op een rij:

  • Een salaris tussen de €3000 - €7000 op basis van kennis en ervaring
  • Jaarcontract met uitzicht op vast dienstverband
  • 8% vakantietoeslag
  • 25 vakantiedagen (bij een fulltime contract)
  • 5 collectieve vakantiedagen (bij een fulltime contract)
  • 4 maatschappelijk verlofdagen (bij een fulltime contract)

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je hebt minimaal twee jaar relevante werkervaring. Aantoonbare ervaring vinden we eerlijk gezegd belangrijker dan diploma's of certificaten. Maar om je een idee te geven: met een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een passende richting of een hbo werk- en denkniveau ben je op je plek.
  • In de ideale situatie combineer je kennis van bedrijfsprocessen, zoals werkorder-, inkoop-, voorraadbeheer- of ICD (incident problem change)-processen, met stevige IT-kennis.
  • Je communiceert makkelijk, denkt zowel servicegericht als resultaatgericht en bent analytisch - je lost problemen op, hebt een kritische blik en denkt na over hoe dingen beter kunnen.
  • In stressvolle situaties weet je de juiste prioriteiten te stellen. En als echte multi-tasker kun je prima verschillende dingen naast elkaar doen - nauwkeurig en zonder de details uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en Engels.
