Position Overview
As an Investment Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting acquisition and divestment initiatives. Your analytical prowess will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights that guide critical investment decisions. You will engage in the evaluation of property assets and portfolios, conducting thorough financial analyses while remaining informed about current market trends and competitor activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of companies, including financial statement assessments (P&L, BS), valuations, and reviews of corporate reporting.
  • Perform high-level evaluations of asset specifications, process technical due diligence reports, and extract essential findings.
  • Prepare specialized materials such as graphical representations, complex tables, and other visual aids for presentations.
  • Engage in comprehensive research on specific topics, gathering information from credible sources, synthesizing the data, and presenting clear conclusions.
  • Utilize financial models to support underwriting and investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with operations, retail, and leasing teams to ensure alignment in analysis.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate, or a strong affinity for the sector.
  • Basic knowledge of investment management, acquired through education or professional experience.
  • Comfortable interacting with various organizational levels, from investors to senior management.
  • A curious mindset, commercial acumen, and an international perspective.
  • Ability to maintain a holistic view while ensuring meticulous execution of details.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong research capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic financial modeling skills.
  • Understanding of commercial real estate is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
