Job Summary: Werckpost is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operator Lead to join our team at one of our five production locations in Urk. As a key point of contact on the production line, you will be responsible for setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations and high-quality products.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
  1. Setup machinery for production start-up and end-of-day wrap-up, adhering to hygiene standards
  2. Maintain open communication with team leaders and plant managers to guarantee task completion and efficient workflow
  3. Identify and troubleshoot production issues, utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve problems efficiently
