We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team at The Social Hub. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring that our breakfast service is of the highest quality and that all guests receive a delicious and memorable breakfast experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take control of the breakfast service and ensure that all guests receive a delicious and memorable breakfast experience.
• Set up and break down the breakfast service, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
• Understand all details around daily specials, menu changes, and special dietary needs of guests.
• Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
• Monitor incoming goods, such as supplies, ingredients, and prefabricated foods.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and ensure that all equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized.
• Put away all deliverables in an organized and timely manner.
• Monitor accurate execution of food safety guidelines, fire safety policy, and working conditions.

Requirements:

• Relevant previous work experience at a similar level kitchen or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of food products according to market standards.
• Punctual and reliable.
• HACCP certified.
• L-legally allowed to work in the Netherlands.
