About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at QPS Nederland B.V. in Groningen. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing our network and systems, ensuring seamless operations and providing top-notch technical support to our users.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN optimization and server security.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers and systems, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Implement and maintain robust security measures to safeguard our systems and data.
- Provide expert technical support to users, resolving issues and improving their experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices, applying them to our operations.
What We're Looking For:
- A strong background in IT, with experience as a Network/System Administrator.
- Expertise in network protocols, system architecture, and security.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments.
- Skills in Subnet Masks, Server 2016+, VMware, Firewalls, Switches, VPN, Active Directory (GPO and Domain services), Office 365, Azure, DNS, and DHCP.
- Certifications like MCSA, MCSE, or similar are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in Dutch and English.
