Investment Banking Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Investment Banking Associate to join our team at Kempen & Co. As a key member of our corporate finance team, you will be responsible for advising clients on M&A, debt, and equity capital markets solutions across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Play a central role in deal execution of transactions
- Prepare and deliver presentations, detailed valuations, and pitches
- Compile and analyze investor feedback
- Maintain client relations during the deal execution period and build M&A, Debt Advisory, or Equity Capital Markets expertise
- Build the team's culture and capabilities by active mentoring and training of analysts and interns
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in M&A, debt advisory or ECM, strategy advisory, or a corporate within a relevant sector
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
