We are looking for a skilled SAP Integration Specialist to join our team at Allseas. As an SAP Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing our integrations through the SAP Integration Suite (part of the SAP BTP).

Our company is undergoing a significant transformation with a company-wide SAP S/4HANA migration (Programme Flow). You will play a leading role in the implementation and transition to the IT run-organisation, focusing on setup, documentation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and integration vision.

The Programme Flow handles both private- and public cloud products from SAP, aiming for a successful business transformation. Our S/4HANA system resides on the private cloud, while Ariba, SuccessFactors & SAP BTP are on the public cloud.

In this role, you will work closely with the IT Department, responsible for designing, maintaining, and supporting Allseas' information technology infrastructure. This enables the organisation to leverage both information and technology efficiently, productively, reliably, and securely.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the SAP Business Technology Platform with respect to our integrations for both SAP and non-SAP scenarios, across the Public cloud and/or On-Premise environments.
  • Develop skills and competencies on the latest business models, solutions, and technologies from SAP within Allseas.
  • Analyse business requirements and design/develop appropriate integration solutions, staying in constant contact with your business and IT stakeholders.
  • Utilise API development and webservices to further mature or enhance all integrations built.
  • Collaborate with the implementation partner to learn how their solutions are built for Allseas, ensuring that integrations align with specifications.
  • Contribute and lead activities outside the implementation partner's scope, serving as a contact for IT and business colleagues on application integration topics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the latest integration developments, features, and possibilities at SAP.
  • Contribute expert knowledge on integrations to the overall architecture of Allseas' digital landscape, cooperating with the architecture team.
  • Improve the use of SAP Integration Suite across Allseas, utilising experience on API developments and webservices.
  • Implement proper error handling and logs flowing towards SAP CloudALM for monitoring purposes.
  • Work together with business and IT stakeholders to achieve consensus on monitoring responsibilities, troubleshooting, and incident-resolving.
  • Monitor and analyse system performance, suggesting enhancements and participating in cross-functional project teams for successful integrations.

About the Role

This position requires a strong understanding of IT fundamentals regarding (SAP) integrations in a diverse digital landscape. You should have a desire to automate and innovate, be able to adapt to change, possess good communication skills, be proactive, and like to collaborate with your team/colleagues.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • HBO/BSc degree in Information Technology (or equivalent via work experience).
  • Experience in using SAP integration technologies (and/or other main integration platforms).
  • Previous experience with SAP applications such as SAP S4/HANA, Success Factors, Ariba, and SAP BTP would be beneficial.
  • Experience with Agile (Scrum) and associated tools like Azure DevOps and/or SAP Cloud ALM.
