About the Role

We're seeking a talented R&D Packaging Development Intern to join our team at pladis Global. As a key member of our packaging development team, you'll play a crucial role in driving innovation and excellence in packaging design and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of packaging design and development strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets business requirements and customer needs
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform packaging design decisions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and packaging specifications
  • Support the packaging team in trial execution, pilot plant testing, and reporting

Requirements

  • Passionate about packaging and innovation
  • Currently studying food science, packaging, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in managing large data sets and excel
