We are seeking a highly skilled Global Digital Solution Architect to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our Digital & Business Foundation team, you will play a critical role in driving the digital transformation of our client, a leading global distributor of off-grid energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges, and translate them into comprehensive digital solutions.
- Evaluate existing systems and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement, value-addition, and innovation.
- Design end-to-end digital solutions that leverage digital applications, cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, integration, and automation to meet business objectives.
- Develop architecture blueprints, diagrams, and documentation to communicate solution designs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions are implemented according to architectural standards and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and support.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends, and assess their potential impact on future digital solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of digital solutions to ensure scalability, availability, maintainability, reliability, and performance.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years working experience and at least 3+ years as a digital architect.
- Proven experience as a Digital Solution Architect or similar role, with a track record of designing and implementing successful end-to-end digital solutions.
- Experience with enterprise-wide business processes and related digital applications in ERP, CRM, Supply Chain, etc. domains.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, architecture patterns, and design principles.
- Good understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services.
- Experience with data analytics, machine learning, integrations/APIs, and other advanced technologies.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus.
- Self-motivated, highly flexible, and can work effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Willing to travel internationally approximately 10-20%.
- Speaks and writes fluently in English.
- Consulting experience desirable.
