Senior Auditor Food Specialist

About the Role:As a Senior Auditor, you will be responsible for verifying management systems in the food industry, with a focus on food safety systems. You will examine and assess the implementation of management systems for our clients, contributing to the improvement of their overall food management system. Your expertise will also contribute to the development of our services, and you will act as a sparring partner for delivering audits at our key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify management systems in the food industry, with a focus on food safety systems.
- Examine and assess the implementation of management systems for our clients.
- Contribute to the improvement of a client's overall food management system.
- Act as a sparring partner for delivering audits at our key accounts.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in the food industry (process and/or technology).
- Adequate working experience in quality management and food safety in the food sector.
- Minimum of years of work experience (in relation to food production & technology) in the food industry.
- Holding a qualification for third-party auditing in IFS Food, BRC Food, IFS Broker, Logistics, and/or BRC Packaging.
- Additional qualification for ISO and/or FSSC will be an advantage.
- Experience in leading audit teams.
- Excellent language skills both spoken and written in English and Dutch.
- Confidence in using remote ICT technologies (Skype, MS Teams, etc.) for remote auditing.
