Business Process Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Business Process Analyst to join our SAP Business Process Team in Kerkrade. As a key member of our team, you will provide project, business, and development support to SAP Supply Chain, ensuring efficient operations and optimized processes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level support and coordination for SAP, Global, and Local applications and systems.
- Log and manage tickets for SAP support, Global, and Local applications to remediate disturbances in day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with Corporate IT on issue resolution.
- Manage SAP User Requests.
- Identify areas for improvement.
- Work with department colleagues to deliver solutions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert by providing expertise and support on SAP, Global applications, and Local applications.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose reported problems and work to understand and correct problems, recommending workarounds.
- Create and maintain all required technical documentation.
- Perform unit and formal testing, communicate testing results to Corporate IT.
- Capture, define, and translate Business requirements.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education level: HBO level or MBO and a minimum of 2 years in SAP business process experience in Distribution and Logistics environment.
- SAP Warehouse Management knowledge is a must, and EWM is a plus; Distribution and Logistic process and system knowledge is a must.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and willingness to learn additional software programs.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in facilitating the change process.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English. Knowledge of other European languages is an asset.
- Pro-active, self-reliant, and an effective team player who takes initiative and is creative in finding solutions/solving problems.
- Motivated, flexible, accurate, critical thinking, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work successfully in a cross-functional, global environment.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- International mindset and resistance to stress.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced in Boston Scientific's business & quality systems.
- Understanding of Kerkrade business processes.
- SAP S4HANA/EWM, GTS experience.
