About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Controller to join our team at Photonis. As a Senior Business Controller, you will be the right-hand person of the Finance and Control Manager, providing financial and business economics advice and helping to manage the Finance department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial and business economics advice to the Finance and Control Manager and other stakeholders
  • Manage all financial processes within the organization, including budgeting and reporting
  • Develop and maintain reliable management information systems
  • Manage project administrations and provide support to the Finance and Control Manager
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a complex production environment
  • Courage to provide independent advice and ability to think outside the box
  • Project work experience
  • Proficient in Dutch and English language
  • HBO work and thinking level in a financial/economic direction
  • Persuasive, improver, stress-resistant, initiative-rich, innovative personality traits
