Financial Director

Oceans of Energy B.V. is a pioneering company in the field of offshore solar technology and renewable energy projects. We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations and drive our continued growth.

• Provide comprehensive financial updates to the CFO, CEO, and strategic management team by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting relevant data points.
• Guide financial decisions by applying company policies and procedures to the current economic landscape.
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines.
• Achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective actions.
• Maximize payroll efficiency through innovative process development.
• Help develop and support short- and long-term operational strategies.

• +10 years of professional financial experience.
• Strong understanding of financial project management, accounting processes, and financial data analysis.
• Broad knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting.
• Structured person.
• Strong planner and communicator.
• Excellent (native) Dutch and English language skills.
• Experience with Exact and other software financial tools.
• Experience with subsidy programs.
