About the role:

We're looking for a seasoned Workday expert to drive the strategic management, optimization, and enhancement of our Workday platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of new Workday functionalities, changes, and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and smooth business operations.
  • Apply project management and agile skills to guide initiatives from planning through to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to design business processes, offering system recommendations and communicating potential risks.
  • Conduct Workday design discussions, helping stakeholders make informed decisions and identify potential issues.
  • Maintain strong connections with business and functional leaders, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
  • Validate business needs and document requirements for improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday releases and continuously build product knowledge, applying best practices to drive innovation.
