About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer CC&R to join our team at ORTEC Health. As a key member of our Clinical Care and Research unit, you will be responsible for developing, marketing, and selling the LogiqSuite platform, a new SaaS product aimed at medical specialists and researchers.

The LogiqSuite platform is a cutting-edge solution that allows doctors to get back in control of delivering care by giving them unprecedented flexibility in designing their processes, collaboration, workflows, data, and reporting. It also enables them to conduct analytics on their patient data and includes decision support and planning to provide doctors with assistance in delivering care.

We currently help cardiologists, pulmonologists, rheumatologists, and oncologists to provide better and more efficient care to their patients. We implement apps on top of LogiqSuite for conducting research of heart problems, decision support to tune a CAR T-cell therapy to patient-specific needs, and helping researchers fight leukemia in young children.

The LogiqSuite platform has been written from scratch using modern architecture techniques like microservices, CQRS, and event sourcing. We use DDD (domain-driven design) to get a thought-through domain model that closely models the business and provides us with a functional decomposition that maps to decoupled services. We use Angular and Typescript for frontend development and C# for backend development. LogiqSuite is a multi-tenant SaaS product built using the PaaS services of Azure.

About You

You have 2 to 7 years of relevant working experience and hold a master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or other relevant studies. You have a passion for developing and improving operational software, are independent but not hesitant in asking help when needed, able to handle high complexity, and a quick learner. You are a team player who is detail-oriented.

Depending on seniority, we consider important experience in designing software, e.g., know what design patterns and SOLID are and know how to write a technical design. Experience with Microsoft stack: .NET 7.0, C# 11.0, LINQ, EF Core, ASP.NET Core, etc. Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud (e.g., services like Azure DevOps, App Service, Service Bus, Web Jobs, Application Insights, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, etc.). Experience with agile software development, code reviews, unit testing, UI testing, continuous integration/deployment. Familiarity with frontend technologies (Angular, Typescript, etc.) is a plus. Knowledge of functional programming is a plus. Experience with hands-on DevOps is a plus.
