Job Title: Senior Transfer Agent Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Transfer Agent Officer to join our Investor Administration team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative services to our Dutch regulated investment funds and working closely with the Fund Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute day-to-day Transfer Agency planning and handling, including subscription/redemption transactions, payments, corporate actions, reconciliations, and fund orders.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with existing and new clients and their investors, gaining insight into their needs and delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and policies, working closely with our CCD team to complete Customer Due Diligence checks.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational flows, aimed at quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Secondary vocational education (HBO/HBO+) in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Courses in financial legislation (Wft) or financial transaction monitoring legislation (Wwft) are a great asset.
  • 2-4 years relevant Transfer Agent and Accounting experience.
  • Languages: Dutch and English.
  • Knowledge: Excel, Word.
