Inside Sales Specialist Job Description

Regal Rexnord is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet defined sales goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications:

  • College degree or 3-5 years of business-related experience required
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Distribution; or other technical-based degree preferred
  • Fluent written and spoken English required; additional languages (German, Italian, French) a plus
  • Solid sales and communication skills required
  • Previous customer and sales experience in a manufacturing or technical industry beneficial
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with ability to work in a team environment preferred
  • Above-average interpersonal and influence capabilities with a focus on time management preferred
  • Proficiency in computer skills with Microsoft and Windows required
