Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as a Dishwasher/Steward for our late night shift. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of cooking areas, adhering to HACCP quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the working areas are neat and clean at all times.
- Work with the HACCP quality standards to maintain a high level of food safety and quality.
What We Offer
- Contract: 1 year with the possibility of extending.
- Salary: Group 2.
- Bonus: 1 week salary when the hotel reaches the budgeted GOP level and you achieve a minimum total score in your year-end evaluation.
- 8% holiday allowance (pro rata).
- 25 vacation days per year (pro rata).
- Compensation for National Holidays.
- Horeca CAO applies.
- General Pension Scheme of Hospitality and Catering.
- General Survivors pension.
- Attractive family and friends rates on overnight stays at Hotel Okura Amsterdam.
- Once a year staff discount in one of the restaurants (50%).
- Staff discount in our restaurants (20%).
- Contribution to travel expenses from 10 km (one way).
- Study budget of €1.000.
- After obtaining the probationary period, you will receive an overnight stay with breakfast as a gift (2 people), so that you can experience the hotel as a guest.
Requirements
- You have a flexible work attitude and are prepared to work flexible working hours.
- You are physically healthy.
- You have a good command of the Dutch or English language.
