Key Responsibilities
- Support the management team in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities
- Develop and implement individual, daily, and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve store performance
- Monitor KPIs and team performance through regular reporting and updates to the management team
- Assist with store operations, including stock management, payroll, administration, and rota management
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless customer journey
- Inspire and motivate the team through training, coaching, and product knowledge
Requirements

- Strong customer service skills and experience in managing a team
- Proven track record of developing and growing a team
- Experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail, as well as a good understanding of store operations
