About the Role
As an SAP ABAP Consultant for SAP Public Cloud, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing custom solutions using SAP ABAP for S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and Fiori applications tailored to SAP Public Cloud environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your expertise will be essential in designing and developing Fiori applications, enhancing the user experience, and aligning with SAP's UI5 design principles. Additionally, you will provide expertise in SAP BTP services, leveraging its capabilities to integrate and extend the functionality of SAP systems. Your role will also involve ensuring high-quality deliverables by conducting code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting issues in SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications. You will stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in digital transformation projects.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4Hana ABAP, SAP BTP, and Fiori application development professional with a strong background in SAP Public Cloud environments. You should have extensive knowledge of SAP ABAP for HANA, including object-oriented programming, CDS views, and performance optimization techniques. Proficiency in SAP Fiori design, development, and customization, with a deep understanding of SAP UI5 framework, is also required. Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services, including integration, extensions, and cloud development tools, is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment are necessary. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business stakeholders and technical teams are also required. You should be able to analyze complex business processes and provide innovative SAP solutions that drive efficiency and improve user experiences. You should also be able to manage the complete development lifecycle, from design to deployment, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and project timelines. Adaptability to changing project requirements and contributing to the continuous improvement of SAP Public Cloud solutions are also essential. Finally, you should be able to mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on SAP ABAP, BTP, and Fiori best practices.
