Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to gain experience in a purpose-driven company? We're seeking a talented Intern to join our Global Procurement team in the Netherlands (at one of our sites in Schiphol, Hardenberg or Dedemsvaart, or remotely).

The Role

As a key member of our team, you will support the development and deployment of Orbia B&I Procurement Academy, a self-service training platform that empowers employees to learn and grow at their own pace. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to complete the academy curriculum and content definitions.
  • MAPPING existing training materials and evaluating their alignment with the defined curriculum.
  • Identifying missing content and working with global leadership to prioritize its development.
  • Creating and implementing a project plan, including timelines and implementation steps.
  • Designing and developing training materials and videos using provided software.
  • Developing knowledge test questions for certification and publishing new materials on designated LMS or SharePoint sites.
  • Communicating progress and implementation details to your supervisor and target audience.
