**The Job**
We are seeking a highly motivated International Sales Trader to create, manage, and grow a diverse portfolio of clients. Each client presents unique needs and challenges, requiring a service-oriented, entrepreneurial, social, and hospitality mindset. Your role will involve going the extra mile to build and maintain strong customer relationships through cold calling, generating leads, delivering presentations, and drafting proposals. Collaboration is key, both with clients to achieve win-win outcomes and with colleagues to add value to customer interactions.
**Requirements**
We are looking for a dynamic, driven professional with practical experience and a strong interest in finance, hospitality, sustainability, or sales. You should be skilled in cold calling and possess a balance of sales-oriented and consultative approaches. Self-motivation, perseverance, a willingness to learn, and openness to constructive feedback are crucial. Patience and tenacity are essential for success in this role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively acquire new clients to grow the business around climate action worldwide.
- Identify client needs and match them with appropriate climate solutions.
- Represent the company in client meetings and at global conferences.
- Develop compelling offers and proposals in collaboration with clients and colleagues.
- Succesfully conclude commercial agreements and onboard clients.
- Contribute to the sustainable commercial success of the team and the company.
