Job Title: Director of Finance

As a key member of the OnLogic team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial direction of our company. Reporting directly to the Global Controller, you will be responsible for leading the finance team and contributing to the development of financial strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Manage financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in an international manufacturing environment
  • Strong technical accounting background and knowledge of US & Dutch GAAP
  • CPA or MBA preferred
