About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at LyondellBasell. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering industry-leading customer service and ensuring seamless order fulfillment processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Act as the primary liaison with internal stakeholders to serve customers effectively
- Build strong partnerships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers to foster a collaborative environment
- Drive innovation through novel solutions and improvements, challenging the status quo
- Participate in interdepartmental projects and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to contribute to knowledge sharing and training
Key Performance Indicators
- Deliver the highest quality service to domestic and export customers
- Ensure long-term value creation and increased customer satisfaction
- Monitor and ensure timely resolution of customer claims
- Drive excellence in key business processes such as pricing, sales and operations planning, credit management, quality management, and customer relationship management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years in Customer Service or a similar role with customer contact
- Experience in working within an ERP system, preferably SAP
- Fluency in Spanish and English oral and written
